Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of melissanohr.com and the services offered by Melissa Nohr, doing business as SHE TAKES BACK™ (Hope & Wellness LLC) (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or my services.
My services
I provide health education, wellness coaching, and functional wellness testing focused on cognitive longevity. I am not a physician, and my services are not medical care. Working with me does not create a physician-patient relationship. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any medical condition. You remain responsible for your own medical care and for consulting a licensed physician about any medical concern or before making changes to your care.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use my services.
The Unmissed Window Assessment
The assessment is an educational self-reflection tool. It is not a medical test, does not diagnose any condition, and does not measure your risk for any condition.
Booking, payment, and cancellation
Cognitive Clarity Strategy Session™. Payment is due in full at booking through Malla. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Payments for sessions are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.
Cognitive Longevity Intensive. Enrollment is arranged directly with me. Payment terms, refunds, and the full scope of services are set out in a separate client agreement, which governs if it differs from these Terms.
Functional testing. Testing fees, such as genetics testing or lab work, are not included in the price of a session. Whether they are included in the program or billed separately will be explained to you before you enroll. Testing is ordered through Fullscript and third-party laboratories, whose own terms also apply.
Prices on this site may change, but a change will not affect a service you have already paid for.
Functional testing
Functional testing is used for education and wellness planning. It does not replace diagnostic testing ordered by your physician. If a result suggests a medical concern, I will recommend that you follow up with your physician.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information about your health history.
- Tell me about any changes to your health, medications, or medical care.
- Consult your physician before starting any new diet, exercise program, or supplement.
- In a medical emergency, call 911. My services are not designed for urgent or emergency care.
No guarantee of results
Every person is different. I do not guarantee any particular outcome from my services, including any change in your cognitive health.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the Unmissed Window Assessment, the Cognitive Health Assessment guide, the Cognitive Longevity Blueprint, and all program materials belong to me. You may use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or distribute them without my written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with how it works, or submitting false information.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services, including Malla for booking and payment and Fullscript for testing and supplements. I am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to hold me harmless from claims arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
