This Privacy Policy explains how Melissa Nohr, doing business as SHE TAKES BACK™ (Hope & Wellness LLC) (“I,” “me,” or “my”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use melissanohr.com and my services. If you have questions, email me at [email protected].
Information you give me
The Unmissed Window Assessment. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to me unless you choose to email your report. If you do, I receive your first name, email address, and your report summary.
Email signup. Your first name and email address.
Inquiries and enrollment. Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it.
Booking, payment, and intake. Sessions are booked and paid through Malla. Your intake forms and any lab results you upload are submitted through Malla. I do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Functional testing. If you order testing or supplements through me, your order and results are handled through Fullscript or DHA Labs and the testing laboratory.
Messages you send me by email or through the site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, and the pages you visit. This is collected through cookies and similar tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Health information
Your assessment answers, intake forms, and test results are health information, and I treat them as sensitive. I collect them only when you choose to provide them. I do not sell health information, and I do not use it for targeted advertising. Access is limited to me and to the service providers who need it to deliver my services.
How I share information
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers who help me run my practice, and only as needed for them to do so:

How long I keep information
I keep information for as long as needed to provide my services, maintain client records, and meet legal and tax obligations. Email subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including platforms built for sensitive data where health information is involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to email or to my use of your health information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. To make a request, email me at [email protected]. I will respond within the time required by applicable law. I may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations.
Children
This site and my services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This site links to services such as Malla and Fullscript. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
