Protect the mind that built your life.
You worked too hard for the life, independence, and credibility you have built to take a passive approach to your cognitive future. I help high-achieving women understand the factors that may be influencing their memory, focus, and mental clarity, and develop a personalized, evidence-informed strategy for protecting their cognitive health for the years ahead.

You know your own mind.
You have built a career, a family, and a reputation through intelligence, competence, and persistence. Lately, something feels different, and you are the one who notices.
You may have been told it is stress, hormones, or normal aging. But you are not looking for more reassurance. You want someone to take your concerns seriously, look at the larger picture, and help you understand what may deserve further attention.
- You are noticing forgotten words or difficulty retrieving names.
- Your focus or mental stamina is not what it used to be.
- You have a family history of dementia or cognitive decline.
- You have been told it is stress, hormones, or normal aging.
- You want to be proactive before a diagnosis forces the conversation.
Referred to me for gut health, genetics, or broader health coaching? You are welcome here too. Cognitive health is my focus, and the same investigative approach applies to the larger picture of how you feel.
Investigate. Personalize. Protect.
Most practitioners begin with a protocol. I begin with a question: what are we missing?
Investigate
We gather the full picture: your symptoms, health and family history, genetics, biomarkers, lifestyle, environmental exposures, sleep, metabolic health, and prior testing. Every symptom is treated as information, and nothing is viewed in isolation.
Personalize
Using a ReCode-informed framework and your individual findings, we build a strategy around your biology, risk factors, priorities, and goals. This is not a generic protocol applied to every woman.
Protect
Cognitive longevity is not a one-time intervention. As new information emerges and circumstances change, the strategy evolves. The goal is to support your memory, focus, independence, and quality of life for the years ahead.
Before entering integrative health, I spent more than a decade as a litigation attorney. I was trained to question assumptions, identify missing information, and follow the evidence rather than accept the first explanation. That is the mindset I now bring to cognitive health.
A former litigator trained to follow the evidence.
My own health challenges once sent me searching for answers no one seemed willing to pursue. I did what I had spent more than a decade doing in the courtroom: gathered information, questioned assumptions, looked for patterns, and refused to stop simply because someone else had decided there was nothing more to find.
That search became a complete reinvention of my life and eventually became my work.
Today, I help women explore the factors that may be influencing their cognitive health with the same curiosity, rigor, and attention to detail, so they can make informed decisions about the future they want to protect.
Where to begin.
You should not have to commit to a six-month engagement before you have clarity about what is happening. Each step stands on its own.
Cognitive Health Assessment
A guided assessment designed to help you identify cognitive concerns, family-history patterns, lifestyle influences, and areas that may deserve a closer look. It provides a structured starting point so you can begin seeing your cognitive health as a connected picture rather than a series of isolated moments.
Cognitive Clarity Strategy Session
A comprehensive review of your concerns, health and family history, previous testing, lifestyle factors, and current priorities. You will leave with a clearer understanding of the areas that may warrant further exploration and a strategic roadmap for your next steps. The session is designed to provide meaningful value whether or not you continue into a longer engagement.
She Takes Back Cognitive Longevity Program
A highly personalized six-month engagement for women who are ready to move beyond questions and take a proactive approach to their cognitive future. The program may include functional wellness testing, genetics review, biomarker education, a customized Cognitive Longevity Blueprint, ongoing coaching, strategy sessions, protocol refinement, education, accountability, and support.
Recommendations may address sleep, nutrition, metabolic health, exercise, stress resilience, environmental influences, brain stimulation, targeted supplementation, and other factors known to support long-term cognitive resilience.
Know where you stand.
Take the Cognitive Health Assessment, a guided first look at your cognitive concerns, family history, lifestyle factors, and areas that may deserve a closer look.
It will help you organize what you are noticing and identify thoughtful next steps instead of continuing to guess.
Twenty questions. About four minutes. Your readout appears on screen, and you can have it emailed to you.

The goal is not simply to avoid decline. It is to preserve the independence, confidence, influence, and freedom that allow you to keep living life on your own terms. The most important window for prevention is the one you are in right now.
